My car has about 56,500 miles on it so it is outside of the factory warranty and this problem didn't start until after that warranty is up. AND (not specified in my manual), do not try to play the CD changer in your Grand Marquis at -25C expecting it to *not* skip AND/OR try to swap CDs My He let me know that I can make an appointment to bring my car to the shop and they will manually 'reset' the cd changer. Then you can price shop elsewhere.
