The wiring harness resistance indicates no connectivity (the purple wires coming from the EOC). this is the 2nd time in 380 days that we are replacing the relay board. if wiring is good, replace the EOC. If the reading is correct, the EOC would need to be replaced. I pulled it off, are you sure you're referring to the correct model? If it does not then the console area needs to come apart next to access the other stat.
Only thing to add is that the thermal breakers can have an intermittent issue (probably with reset (red) switch). she gets error code 11. The ribbon you mentioned earlier is a part of EOC and has nothing to do with the overlay (keypad). We just got back around to looking at this today.
