After entering a Query, then pressing F8 to execute, I get the FRM-40505: ORACLE error: Unable to perform query. That's why the Form is unable to query your table, it's not finding a column called "ename" in the table. It seems that at first execution they are null. Oracle Error 40505 instead create a SR to oracle and let them provide your datafix.
